Escaping From Ukraine at 9 Months Pregnant (w/ Ellissa Petrenko)

Our sister, Ellissa Petrenko, shares her entire story for the first time of how she escaped from Ukraine when Russia first invaded. At 9 months pregnant, she and her husband woke up to the sound of bombs being dropped near their house just outside of Kyiv. Without time to pack sufficient bags, they fled to safety over a terrifying and strenuous five day journey. Their faith in God and trust in Him proved to be an unshakable anchor in the midst of so much chaos.
